Processing methods and retention period: In relation to the purposes indicated, the collection and processing of data occurs using manual, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case with methods that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves, in addition to compliance with the specific obligations established by the legislation. The processing will be carried out by formally appointed and adequately trained personnel. The data is stored on paper and/or electronic media with tools designed to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed unless there are legal obligations on the retention periods, provided by law for tax and administrative reasons. Scope of knowledge of your data, communication and dissemination: the data may be known by the managers and persons in charge appointed pursuant to Art. 29 DL 193/03 or pursuant to art. 28 of EU Reg. 679/2016 and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the owner and the manager. Furthermore, the data may be communicated to consultants or third parties connected in the production and tax/administrative cycle. We do not transmit personal information to third countries/international organizations. Rights of interested parties: You may assert your rights as expressed in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. from 15 to 22 of EU Reg. 679/2016, by contacting the data controller or data processor by sending an email to info@marecoluce.it. In particular, you may have access to your data, request its modification and/or cancellation limited to those not required by law, limit its portability, revoke consent to activities for marketing purposes. Furthermore, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the data processing is contrary to the legislation in force.

The treatment will be carried out by staff formally appointed and adequately trained. The data is stored on paper and / or electronic media with tools to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data is processed unless there are legal obligations on the periods of conservation, required by law for fiscal and administrative reasons.

Scope of knowledge of your data, communication and dissemination: the data may be known by the persons in charge and by the nominees appointed ex. Art.29 DL 193/03 or ex art.28 of EU Reg. 679/2016 and / or as natural persons acting under the authority of the owner and the responsible person. Furthermore, the data can be communicated to consultants or third parties connected in the production and fiscal / administrative cycle.

Rights of interested parties: You can assert your rights as expressed in the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. from 15 to 22 of EU Reg. 679/2016, contacting the owner or the person in charge of the treatment by sending an email to info@marecoluce.it. In particular, you can have access to your data, request the modification and / or cancellation limited to those not required by law, limit the portability, withdraw consent to activities for marketing purposes.
You can also file a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data pursuant to article 7 of the Rules, if you believe that the processing of data is contrary to the law in force.
